It was delivered by a tractor trailer instead of a box truck. The unit was not in a cardborad box. The driver and I carried it to my driveway. The direction papers had no word information, just pictures (mime). You should need two people to set the liner over the wheel humps. Had some difficulty snapping the liner under the rails. The tail gate was simple. Remove eight screws, place the cover over the screw holes, using the supplied adapters and screws, attached the cover. Add two screws and washers to hold the back of the bed liner to the side of the box. It also came with six round rubber plugs to cover the six access holes. Over all, a simple install.
