This Stainless Steel Fake Plug is great for those who wear regular earrings and have sensitve ears. The backings won't poke you and leave annoying marks when talking on the phone.  Both sides thread on and off and have black o-rings around the edges of each side. The discs on each end measure 3/8" (10mm), the post is 18g (1mm), and the post length is 1/4" (6mm).
