Me ha ayudado mucho ,si puedo sentir que me saca todo , tambin me a echo perder peso,un poco no en exceso,como 2 o 3 libras , eso si me dan muchos retortijones muy fuertes pero si los puedo soportar.

These work TOO good, for me anyway. The first night I took just one and had some movement the next day. The next three days I took two each night and had the type of diarrhea you can't hold back! So I took three days off and last night took just one, and the diarrhea was back. I don't know if this is a normal reaction, but I'm thinking not. I want to do a cleanse, but I can't do it like this.

I am so impressed with this product. I was trying all types of products because I was constipated from medications I was taking. Nothing was working. I found this online and read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I took 1 pill the 1st night. I had a little relief but not what I wanted or needed so I took 2 pills last night and I've had 4 bowel movements today! Im so happy because I was so worried because I knew i was super backed up and that's not good. It will cramp for a couple seconds but I can tell its working when ut does that. But it's not bad cramping. I cant wait to finish this out and do this again when its been long enough. Thank you to whoever made this product. You saved me

This product works but as days go by it slows down your bowel movements. The first 2 days it was really good i took it 2 the night before and woke up around 5 and had a bowel movement. After the 3rd day it slowed down which made me upset.

Este producto realmente cumple lo que promete. En el proceso de 14 das not una gran mejora en la digestin, menos inflamacin y ms energa. No causa malestar ni clicos fuertes, solo ayuda a limpiar de manera suave y efectiva. Es ideal para quienes quieren desintoxicar el cuerpo y reiniciar hbitos saludables. Lo recomiendo si buscas sentirte ms ligero y con mejor digestin.
