I switched to Helm milk to avoid cow's milk. We have tried almond milk, oat milk, etc. We like the consistency of help milk much better. We also like the flavor.

I've been drinking this by the case 1 per month for 3 months. I'll most likely do this till I pass away! Great shelf life. Great taste, Very slightly like soy milk but healthier than soy or cows milk protein wize. After drinking this for a couple of months I tried some cows milk and didn't like it anymore. I was buying this for a lesser price but it is no longer available. I do like the product and is great in my protein mushroom coffee, but I wished it was a little cheaper. Don't know why it's twice the price.
