The Talon is the larger cup version of the Talon/Raptor combinations...I like these and they share needles tips and aircaps...be sure to use the Paasche wrench once the tip is loose (it may take more than the supplied little wrench to loosen it the first time)

This is a 60buck air brush, its alright easy to clean and take apart,a very solid build and heavier than iwata, now it depends on how much you airbrush, not bad for a beginner, if you have the money get a iwata, if your just starting out its fine , make sure you mix your paints well!

I originally had cheaper Chinese airbrushes and to be honest asked is it even necessary to buy a more expensive airbrush. Then I got this one and now I know a nice airbrush is absolutely necessary to really enjoy the hobby. I highly recommend this with only ones slight caveat which is the parts are definitely going to be pricier since they must be Paasche brand. If you are getting into airbrushing do yourself a favor and grab one of these.

While I was waiting on parts for my much better airbrush, I had to have one for my job, so I ordered this little guy, and I'm happy to say that it's totally functional. It's not as graceful as my iwata but it's easy to use and gets the job done. The needle tip is wimpy, but whatever.

Only knock is that inconsistency in the air distribution due to the trigger

I got this to use mostly for miniature painting. If you are looking at this package then you probably already have some measure of experience with these things, as it does not contain a compressor or other necessities. It feels well-built. At times, the trigger action seemed a little sticky, but that was minor. Cleaning solution worked through it seemed to help.As to cleaning, it is really neither difficult nor easy. It is about what you expect from this sort of product. The value seems good. I found it very easy to use and was pleased with the results. The included needle was good for priming and base coating, but I think a finer needle would be necessary for detail work.

I liked the reviews that this airbrush got, but unfortunately I am still learning to use my basic airbrush for now, because I don't have a better air compressor with an actual air pressure gauge and air tank reservoir. So, I will have to revisit the review page once I have acquired more airbrushing experience.

I bought this airbrush with the no.3 needle/nozzle to spray thicker paints and primers and really be the workhorse when dealing with those kinds of paints. In that aspect, this thing is a champ! Its a great little airbrush, especially for the price. My only gripe about it is that the action does not feel as smooth as my badgers (both renegades) out of the box. That being said, I haven't taken the time to put any kind of lubricant on it to see if that improves it. Hopefully it will.

Need an upgrade from my Masters brush ND was glad to find this one for a great price.
What I can say is that it appears to be well built, no second hand parts, not a refurb/rebuild as far as I can tell.
I haven't been able to try it out yet, because I also needed to purchase an HF-116 adapter from Paasche to get the hose to connect with my TC-20 compressor. That's why the 4 stars; if you get this brush, you need a Paasche compatible hose or adapter, and then another adapter to fit certain compressors.
If it turns out that I need to upgrade or downgrade my review, i'll be back.
