I bought this because I'm short and the chair I sit in is a bit tall, so I couldn't sit and play comfortably. I couldn't always stand to play, so I bought this to help me play while sitting, and it's been great.

These have a solid build and plenty of height for most cases. Although the lowest notch can slightly too high sometimes but it works fine for me. Excellent price and solid. I have 3 of them and no breaks or issues after several years.

I use this to help me while playing guitar with my guitar lessons. It just seems like the perfect thing to put your foot on when playing. I don't stand on it but it seems fine for what it is supposed to be. When I use it, it has plenty of choices on the angle and the cost was not bad at all. The price eliminates the risk. I'm not a rock star because of it, but it helps a little and I'm happy I have it.
