I struggle to find hats that work on my head but this one is absolutely perfect! Its so comfortable with the extra band at the forehead and the quality of these is perfection! I went back and bought 4 more in different colors and I use iron on patches to add my own flair to them!Absolutely perfect hat!

OTTO WAS THE ONLY HAT THAT SENT WHAT WAS SHOWN IN THE AD. FOR ME, I WANT THE COLOR OF THE PLASTIC SNAP TRACK TO MATCH THE HAT. I WAS LOOKING FOR PALE PINK NOT BUBBLE GUM OR NEON PINK WHICH WAS SENT BY TWO OTHER VENDORS. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTO, THE LIGHTER PINK IS THE CORRECT COLOR. IF YOU DON'T WEAR YOUR CAP BACKWARDS, IT MAY NOT MATTER TO YOU. PLUS, THIS WAS 1/2 THE PRICE OF THE OTHER 2.

I received my order three days before expected which is always a plus! Only minor issue would be that my hats came a tad misshaped due to the tight packaging of 6 hats in a small box, not bad though. I was expecting the front of the hat to be larger as it reads high crown, that can be a misread on my end. Loved the added soft sweatband lining, very soft!

Can be washed in the washing machine and dry it with the dryer, while the shape if it is still intact.
