The return window closed two days ago... I would have returned this because I bought it hoping it would suffice as the soft roller from the MELT Method. However, my coworker who is a MELT instructor assures me it is NOT similar. She said it hurt her to lay on it :(

this one was way softer and more flexible than i was hoping for. will keep it around but will try for the standard density and see if thats closer to the one at my PT office.

This roller is much softer than one I had that was the harder foam - works great for the Melt Method. This has some give to it and appears to bounce back. I say appears because after closer inspection, the roller I received has a bend in the middle of the roller that does not bounce back. This is my only reason for 3 stars at this point. I will be reordering to see if the next one will be without flaws.
