I teach Pilates and wanted some fresh ideas for using the inflatable Pilates ball or overball. I did find this book helpful but I was expecting a little bit more in terms of number of exercises. However, it is in a very easy to use spiral bound cover which makes it excellent for laying out on the floor as you try the exercises. Overall, I have found this book useful and it has inspired me to invent and add on to the exercise ideas presented here.
