I never get sleepy after lunch anymore. My energy levels are good enough that I've been able to reduce coffee intake by over 50. I drink water and coffee and my first cup of coffee has Om in it. Tastes like someone dumped a little dirt in my coffee but I can tolerate it. I don't use it on the weekends since I don't see the need and the pouch lasts me quite a long time, longer than the amount of servings indicated on the back. (The scoops I take are normally anywhere from 3/4's to maybe 9/10s of the scoop size and I get the effects I'm looking for). Love this stuff and will keep using it until the price gets stupid expensive (hopefully never cause I want to use this for years to come.)

This is a new favorite, I have already recommended it to sever others. Easily mixes into liquid of your choice, very mild flavor, so many mushrooms! Thank you for offering such a quality product at an excellent price.

This is a great mushroom blend, It has all the mushrooms in one. You will get used to the taste in time. I mix mine with 3/4 water and 1/4 milk to make it creamy, or add into my green protein drinks. Makes a great gift for the on the go active person

I have been using Chaga for the last couple of years. This time I switched it up I got a very small bag but this has 10 different mushrooms. The taste in my coffee is very pleasant I like it I don't really like the price but then again everything is costly right now

I was expecting an earthy taste, but I noticed nothing, which was a plus. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to feel, but I'm hoping to feel an extra boost. I'm glad this was on sale, or I wouldn't have tried it. Seems expensive, but if it makes a difference, then it's worth it.

Om Master Blend contains the best variety of mushrooms in an easy to use powder. At first, I was not sure how mushrooms would help my body's overall health.I started putting one scoop in my vegetable smoothies and after a few days I started to notice the benefits. I will say that the taste at times does get to me. I make my smoothies the night before and I noticed an after taste. I recommend adding the powder right before consuming as I do not get the after taste.
