I know it's an older version but for the money it preforms like a 150 dollar shoe. The TPU plate definitely makes it springy and it breathes so well. I'm 6 foot 180lbs and it has enough cushion for me at a 5k pace

For a walking/everyday shoe, they're fine, but I'd classify these as more of a running "lifestyle" shoe than an actual running shoe -- Definitely NB's low/mid-tier assortment. The construction is average, slightly skewing to mediocre, with the upper being very much machined/dye-cut, resulting in a very generic fit, and the foam throughout the rear/middle/forefoot has medium compression (ie. neither totally firm or totally squishy). The fit itself feels like they run a half size big, with ample/excessive room in the toebox. I got them on sale, and intend to use them for just daily wear and going to the gym, but for any type of serious running endeveours, I will stick to my higher-end/quality running shoes.

These shoes provide exceptional cushioning and support. After experimenting with various orthotics and running shoes, I've finally discovered these, and they are likely to become my go-to brand. I'm confident that once I finish breaking in this pair, they will deserve an even higher rating.
