I bought this as a Peter Pan outfit for my son for Halloween since I knew I wouldn't get him in tights. The hat was an odd fit on his head but the rest of the costume was good. He is 5'4 and weighs 145lbs.

We used it as a Peter Pan costume. It fit well. I would say sizing for top is close to men's L and pants were men's M size. Very comfortable and worked good with our Peter Pan/Tinkerbell theme.

For Peter Pan: step one is toss out the pants. Then, get tights! Fit great, except the hat was kind of small for his head.
