great case w pocket, tuner and instruction sheet...so happy to get an extra set of strings. My hubby is musical and we know w nylon strings they stretch so it takes time to hold a tune. the cardboard box it came in is ugly so i say present this in the great case! It does sound ancient and mid eastern, haunting but so pretty. i have the 18 inch mini but this is large enough for my big husband to play a lovely tune! it is easy to play from either side unlike others out there and i suggest thumb picks too. i wanted it b c its scriptural but its meditative on my first try a lovely tune eminated from only 3 strings... but the dear LORD will like it! Make a joyful noise to the LORD!

TUNING:To tune this, I recommend the free Pano App, and you can click the i to set the frequency of A to around 432 (I did 444 for the solfeggio of 528, but I do think 432 sounds a little richer). Use the booklet to know which note to start with. I gave up trying to tune it using my piano, but with the app, it was so easy! Start with the lowest pitch and work your way up, as this harp works best in a lower frequency. If you end up getting the notes too high, I think a string could snap. It also sounds better in a lower frequency.LOOKS:It's very beautiful, but I ordered the light and received plain. The company told me when I reached out that they no longer make light (not sure why they're still listing it). Oh well, the plain is beautiful too. The company didn't offer a discount or anything, but I also didn't ask.SOUND:It definitely has that ancient sound to it! I don't know how to play it, but I love just stringing my fingers up and down. I hope to find lessons on you tube now that I finally have it tuned!I hope this helps someone!
