I used this on freshly cleaned and polished headlights. This spray left a blurry, textured coating-similar to a shower glass door. It also does not last more than a few months. Don't waste your time or money. Buy new headlight assemblies or prepare to polish them 2X a year.

great clear coat. Easy to use but take your time. Do not hold the bottle too close or spray too slow over any one spot, it will run on you! And it will dry like glue looking like crap. Don't apply to hot headlights!. overlap your spray lightly with multiple passes. let it dry to a tackiness over the entire bulb before applying next coat.

The headlight housing was showing its age and started peeling off the coating. Bought the cleaner and this spray together, applied little more on the driver side and dripped down to the bumper but when it was all done, it came out very nicely.

I was able to use it, but the spray nozzle was inconsistent, left some thicker area's.

Wish I had a 'before' picture but this stuff's the real deal. I tried another headlight restoring kit with very minimal results but saw someone on YouTube swear by Meguiars and he was not lying. My headlights look brand new and I'm pretty confident that the headlight coating will maintain the clarity.

This review is strictly for the top Coating, as the reviews here appear to also cover the full headlight restoration kit. I use the 3m kit to clean my headlights, and purchased the Maguires top coat to keep them clear. It didn't. After a thorough cleaning, my headlight lenses were crystal clear, but this product caused almost a frosted/wet look when I applied it. After only two weeks I can already see the top half of my headlights darkening/hazing (I'm in Florida with extreme sun). Plus, a bird pooped directly on the lens, and it has etched a permanent visible stain in the coating. Guess I will be buffing this coating off this weekend.

Found this stuff from Tyler Tube on YouTube and this stuff is like magic, and super easy too. You just use the cleaner with the cleaning pad, and wipe it off quickly (because it does dry pretty fast making it a bit tougher to get off) and make sure it's dry. Then you use the spray and go over the entire headlight, wait a few mins and spray on one more coat and you are done! So easy and does an amazing job! If you want to see it in action, check it out on youtube. Look up TylerTube Professional vs DIY headlight restoration kits and he shows this in action. No trickery. If I can find the pics, I will add them to this post. Did one car a while back and just did another car this weekend with great results! Don't waste money on other kits, this one works!

I love this! - research says it's not permanent but look at the difference without using tools and less than an hour of work! It is totally worth it! I waited until my repairs were done to try it my car looks great now!

I cleaned my headlights using the turtle wax lens cleaner system that are on a 2008 grand caravan and they became somewhat foggy after a week. Used some windex to clean off the dirt, let dry and sprayed two coats of this on. Plastic headlights look great for a 15 year old car.

Pic doesn't do the results justice. It's super clear !! I got mine from Walmart and I had peeling clear coat so I sanded it first then used this kit and I'm speechless.
