Do not waste your money cheaply made. Numbers are so small very hard to see. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I will keep because I need locks but will put on back shed but not any important like car or house keys.

Lo compre porque ya estuve fuera de mi casa y no poda entrar porque deje la llave dentro como 5 veces y es bien desagradable pero adems uno de mis hijos que vena a casa, no tena llave y yo no estaba. As que dije se acab, y compre este pequeo dispositivo que es fcil de instalar y me ha solucionado mi gran problema. Ya no me quedo fuera de casa tengo las llaves de repuesto. Es bien prctico no saba que lo iba a necesitar y el precio competitivo con otras marcas. Recomendable.

This is a very hefty lock box, BUT I was unhappy with how the weather cover fastened. Wimpy. It could easily flop down without you wanting it to.

I ordered this product and could not program the code. Sent it back and had the same problem with the new one they sent. It would. not accept the code. The box would never lock. I was. suggest looking for something different. I see that it has a lot of good reviews so I don't know if the company was bought by someone else and now they're making it but now it is not good You cannot set a combination.

IS VERY STURDY, IS EASY TO INSTALL amp; IS EASY TO SETUP A COMBINATION. IS EASY TO USE. BE SURE TO NOT LOOSE THE DIRECTIONS WHEN YOU OPEN THE PACKAGE IT IS DELIVERED IN BECAUSE THE PRESENT COMBINATION NUMBERS ARE ON A STICKER ON THE BACK OF THE LOCK BOX. YOU NEED THESE NUMBERS TO OPEN THE LOCK BOX SO YOU CAN MOUNT IT amp; PUT A DIFFERENT COMBINATION ON IT IF YOU DESIRE. IT COSTS A LITTLE MORE THAN SOME OTHER LOCK BOXES, BUT IT IS WORTH THE PRICE. i WORKS WINTER AND SUMMER.

I have used these on the last two houses we owned. My husband has lock himself out a few times and I have once. This is there just in case we do it again. Or if we aren't home my children, grandchildren and siblings can use it to get in if need be.

Piece of Junk. Worked for a few days. Than it stopped. Recently had enough of it and took a hammer to it to get our spare key back and to be able to take it off our brick. Broke pretty easy using that hammer by the way, so not impressed with the security. Master Lock use to be quality, they must make their products in China these days.
