It’s so hard to keep red. I mix this with conditioner to keep up my red in between dyes.

The color sand. This color turned my dirty blonde hair light orange. Looks nothing like the picture online. Should have read the reviews. Apparently it has done this to a number of people.

If you have (colored) red hair, you know it's really hard to keep up with! I love the bright red conditioner! It keeps my hair a very vibrant red in between coloring. Be warned, it definitely does stain hands, towels, etc but it's worth it!

I wanted this to work so badly but after two attempts of it doing absolutely nothing, I threw it in the garbage. Followed the directions and left it on for 5 minutes, nothing. Tried later a second time for 10 minutes, nothing again. Save your money.

I love this color! This conditioner is very gentle and smells amazing. It deposits color and tones in between hair appointments. I highly recommend it. If you are looking to tone down brassiness on dark blonde hair, this works great. Does not darken highlights which I love.

I love this product as it’s quick and easy to apply. It also last forever. The only down side is that if you want light pink hair you can not leave it on more than 2 minutes or your hair will be fuscia. But great product. But if you’re not careful and you take too long with one side of your hair then your head will be 2 very different shades of pink. ALSO I always get compliments on how good my hair smells after I use it!!!

So my hubs wanted to see what I'd look like with copper hair and I've been maintaining white platinum hair for about year, which i really love but I knew I didn't want to go back to full blown permanent color just yet. I've been using the purple color of this and knew it would wash out eventually with a good non color safe shampoo so I jumped at them. The copper comes out real bright lol too bright for me long term but it was fun. I added the brown color mask over the copper got this really rich darker copper which I love more.

First off, I have a lot of experience with hair color. I used Sand on my level 9 neutral blonde hair (had been bleached about one month prior). I left Sand on for only 3 minutes because I saw that my hair was brightening very fast, so I rinsed the color out. The result? A vibrant strawberry blonde with a lean toward orange. I love strawberry blonde - but not on me, especially not with the orangey tone. And the orange is an odd color of orange, not natural. I had to use several (drying) detox products to get the color out of my hair. Maria Nila Color Conditioner is densely pigmented and it does condition. The scent is pleasant. But the formula of Sand is definitely off and needs to be altered to be less orange.

It doesn’t cover nowhere near enough and it only lasts one or two washes. Just an overpriced hair conditioner.

I'm not blaming the product, it was absolutely beautiful the first day. My hair looked and felt great afterwards. However, it does fade quickly. The day after, I woke up with some splotchy fading. After one wash, it was a dark purple/blue. Now, 4 washes in, it is a light lavender grey... and not the pretty kind. I am sure this has some to do with the fact that I put it over bleached blonde hair, but I didn't expect it to fade into blue. I was hoping more of a light brown, then maybe light blonde. Just a warning to not use the Cocoa Intense on bleach blonde, unless you want the blue/green hair end result :)

I purchased the violet color to tint my balayage medium blonde hair. The result day one was vibrant, and after the first wash it faded to the most beautiful mermaid purple blue shade. This faded even more by the second wash and after the third it’s now a turquoise blue. 20 washes later I cannot get the blue out of my highlighted hair. I’ve tried baking soda and vinegar and will next try vitamin C. Even clarifying shampoo won’t fade this completely so beware if you have any bleach in your hair THIS COLOR WILL NOT COME OUT!!!

Love how the color turned out. It’s like a pinkish brown. My hair was a silver blonde before the application. Sadly the color faded after just one wash even after following the instructions. Will not buy again.

Definitely wear gloves and beware of white surfaces when applying. Great to refresh the colour. I have mostly bleached hair and natural root - it grabs the colour well. No bleeding on pillow like I read in other reviews.

Especially in the summer sun, my blonde colored hair becomes lighter and washed out. I've tried a variety of color depositing products with minimal results. First try today with cocoa was noticeably darker without looking artificial. I'm hopeful of continuing good results, especially as this product is expensive.
