Unlike the koolaid of my childhood, this stuff is pre-sweetened. Which makes it far more convenient. I'm not sure if my tween did not put enough water in but the stuff was like drinking cough syrup. Good but syrupy sweet. My daughter thought it was the best drink EVER.
