Pro:- Quality switch- Spade terminalsCons:- The bezel is very small and requires a very precisely cut hole. Using the JR faceplate would eliminate this issue, but they cost another $5-8 and there isn't always room to use them.- The packaging for the black switch is mislabeled on the front and says On/Off instead of On/On. It does say SPDT on the back.

Used two of these switches to wire up a 3-way lighting system for a trailer to turn on the lights from two different entries. These were easy to install and are working well.

Making DIY lights out of LED strip inside a surface-mount 1 gang raceway box (for RV). The wires for thermostat came out of same port with additional 12 volt wires from inner skin wall of our older airstream. Wanted to mount a small switch next to the thermostat box on face of a cover plate so that if it was dark I could see the thermostat via using the led strips housed inside the single gang raceway box (broke out tabs on side of box for light to be emitted). Beta tested with 12 v power source and works great. Shown is the specialty cover plate from Kyle's (TPL-5002-PTL-ALM). Thermostat will cover the adjacent port.

Cost too much. Too many sellers taking advantage of the consumers expectation of inflation by jacking prices and artificially creating that inflation but if you need the product, what can you do? This replaced a bad switch in my RV's hallway light that is operated by two light switches. Such a set up requires a special switch, and this is that type of switch.

Snap this into one of JR's other switch frames and you can use two of these to wire up a three-way circuit for a light fixture in your trailer or RV. Perfect!
