The perfect catch. Our Big Catch Cutting Board features a large cavity to seize all scraps, juices, and more to minimize messes and make clean up a breeze. Slips and movement are conveniently reduced due to four rubber pads on the board's bottom side. Keep your countertop free of cutting leftovers and make big jobs easy with this board. **Use & Care**
Wash Ironwood Gourmet products in warm, soapy water and thoroughly rinse with clean water. Do not soak. To dry, prop up off of counter to allow all surfaces to air dry evenly. Wood products should never be washed in the dishwasher.
After drying, rejuvenate and protect the wood by rubbing it down with Ironwood Butcher Block Oil. Apply the oil liberally and allow it to soak in thoroughly before use. Regular application of our Butcher Block Oil will prevent cracking and preserve the rich natural colors of the wood.

This chopping block is wonderful. I have a garden full of tomatoes and a variety of veges The juice and trimmings are now contained on the block and not all over my counter!! Super easy to clean and care for as well. I am looking to purchase a smaller one for when I have small items such as a clove or two of garlic. Item arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. With the application of mineral oil each week, it is holding up nicely to daily use! Next time I chop off a finger tip I won't have to hunt all over the floor for it, it will be contained on the board!!
