I don't work in the medical industry, but I am glad I decided to try these pants out. They're like athletic joggers - great stretch, nice tight ankle cuff, and comfortable to move in. They are well made, and surprisingly breathable. I wore them for a brisk outdoor walk and while I felt like I was going to sweat, i didn't feel like the heat was trapped inside the pants.

I got a small in these because they said 'mens' so I figured they'd be big. Super comfortable and fit really well. Lightweight and great for working out or everyday casual. I'm 5' 2" and about 123 lbs. I'm pretty short and I think a medium would have fit as well so my thought is that these generally run small. Most pants are long on me but these are just past my ankles. Great quality.

These pants fit great and are so comfortable. They have a very stretchy waistband with plenty of drawstring. There are zippers on the leg cuffs and I like the contrasting neon red color there. The pocket lining is also neon red which is a cool touch. There are regular pockets and zip-closure pockets to keep small items from getting lost. I really like the design, look, and fell, of these pants.

I am usually a 33/34W but assumed Euro/Asian sizing and ordered a Large fearing they would be too tight in the thighs/hips otherwise. I wish I would have gotten a Medium. Very comfortable, but a phone in the back pocket tries to pull them down unless they are tied. The Large will work but I need to tie them and they are a bit loose in the ankles.
