Mama's Famous Gluten Free Pancake Mix, loved by those who are gluten free or not. Enjoy a delicious, gluten free breakfast or perhaps breakfast for dinner using Mama's Pancake Mix. Mama's pancakes are light, fluffy, authentic pancakes that melt in your mouth and taste amazing. Mama's pancake mix is a favorite among those who are gluten free or not. Easy to follow recipes make it successful and enjoyable for anyone to make.
For fun add blueberries, huckleberries, mashed banana, apples and cinnamon, mixed berries or chocolate chips to the batter.
Can be made egg free by using applesauce in place of eggs and dairy free by using a dairy free milk of your choice.

Mama's Pancakes - You will Need:
1 ¾ cup pancake mix, 2 eggs, lightly beaten, 1 Tbsp oil, 1 ¼ cup milk (dairy, rice, soy, nut)
Serve warm. Makes 8-10 pancakes.
Mama's Waffles - You will need:
1 2/3 cup pancake mix, 3 eggs, separated, 1 cup milk (dairy, rice, soy, nut)
Serve warm. Makes 5-6 large waffles.

Directions
Mama's Pancakes - You will Need:
1 ¾ cup pancake mix, 2 eggs, lightly beaten, 1 Tbsp oil, 1 ¼ cup milk (dairy, rice, soy, nut)
- Preheat griddle to 350 or skillet to medium heat
- Mix all ingredients. Drop 1/3 cup batter onto buttered skillet forming a circle with back of measuring cup.
- Flip pancake when bubbles begin to form. Cook until both sides are golden brown
Serve warm. Makes 8-10 pancakes.
Mama's Waffles - You will need:
1 2/3 cup pancake mix, 3 eggs, separated, 1 cup milk (dairy, rice, soy, nut)
- Beat egg whites until light peaks begin to form.
- In a separate bowl, combine mix, egg yolks and water. Mix well. Fold in egg whites.
- Drop by 1 cup measure onto preheated waffle iron.
Serve warm. Makes 5-6 large waffles.
