This is my all time favorite bread flour to use! My bread just tastes better and has much better texture! It is a bit expensive but I mix this with regular bread flour so it's not an issue. I highly recommend if you want to make good quality bread!

It's bromated which people freak out about. There's some scary stuff online but it really oxygenated the dough. You can't fail with this flour.

If you like making homemade pizza, this is a must. If you want that stretchy dough that has big bubbles in it, this is the stuff. I found out about this from my friends who own one of the best pizza shops in Pittsburgh. It really works. The first time you use it you will know what I mean.

My bread baking has risen to new heights, while the flavor is better than ever. Hyperbole is a natural for me when I speak about All Trumps flour. Lol. But seriously, this is the best flour for my bread machine.I only mix and rise the dough in the breadmaker. Then I have the fun of shaping the loaves by hand and baking them in the oven.The results are perfect loaves and rolls every time with hardly any effort.

I am on my third 25 pound bag in 6 months, as I like to bake. Bagels, baguettes, and rolls all turn out great. I just wish they had picked another name. I made my initial purchase because it was the only one I could find at the time. However, I have continued to go back.

This is the real deal. You want to mix up your dough, form your balls and refrigerate for up to a week (min 2 days) prior to use. Taste and crispness is excellent i wont use any other going forward.

High-gluten flour is a must-have ingredient for making NY style pizza and/or bagels. All Trumps is a quality product and is used by many pizzerias and restaurants. Dough extensibility is excellent with a nice windowpane and no tears. Flavor is excellent. Highly recommended.

We have been using this flour for making homemade pizza dough. It is just the right consistency and the pizza dough, risen in the fridge with slight fermentation, is delicious. We would eat pizza every day, but don't want to be round like a pizza :) Great flour.
