It doesn't have adjustment, so it would have been nice if you can make it tighter if needed.

It was ok I would not buy from that company again they are not reliable and the rep was irresponsible the tracking# -they give did not right and they give you the run around when trying to find out information about the stuff ordered

This is a decent shoulder brace. However if your shoulder needs a tight and firm fit, this is not for you. If you are looking for something that will keep your shoulder warm and lose and give you some support, it is a great buy. Just make sure you get the correct size. I purchased a medium for my daughter and it was too loose. I sewed it so that i fit more snuggly.

Cross strap alittle too narrow does not give a good enough support perhaps a small would have been a better size choice?

Sizing was good for the chest, but depending on the circumference of your upper arm it may not fit. With skinny arms it was a little loose.
