I love to bake everything including homemade pizza dough, cookies, nut rolls, and pies. This is by far the best flour that I have ever used!

This flour is the best. Has 12-13 protein. Perfect for tavern style thin crust and Chicago style deep dish pizza. I only wish they sold this on the west coast in our supermarkets. So glad I can get it here.
