We have this timer in our two car garage gym and the function is great. We use for CrossFit type exercises. Range of remote is limited to our garage or a little outside so if you have a huge space or really long distance that may be a challenge. Overall great value and function for all of our WODs over the last couple years.

Product works well as advertised. Shortly after I purchased the product, I had an accident occur with the remote control. Totally of my own doing. Customer Service responded to replace my remote no questions asked. Great to have a company that supports their product and their customers. I would highly recommend purchasing products from this company.

The build quality and fit/finish are way better than I expected. The main body seems to be aluminium, not the cheap plastic I was expecting. The end-caps are plastic but look and feel nice. The screen is nice and bright and the perfect size for the room I'm in. If the wife ever lets me move the gym equipment out of the basement into the garage, I'll buy a bigger one of the same brand. The only things I can complain about are the alarm could be louder and the remote has a funky profile on the back making it a little weird to mount it like I want to. But those are relatively minor issues.

It has been a month since I purchased this timer, I STILL don't know how to run it. I followed the pi$$ poor instructions as best I can and still it does not program like it should. I do CrossFit type workouts and cannot get this timer to cooperate with me. On the timer up/down I can't get the 10 second countdowns no matter how many times I press the button on the remote. If I have an interval workout that doesn't have a rest period, it forces me to have a minimum 8 second rest before the next set. I have searched high and low on the internet for better instructions, sadly have found nothing, even watched a YouTube video where they even had issues running it. Sadly this is what I get for being cheap, my bad.
