An eight-spoke, cast-aluminum frame adds structural integrity, while the treated paper cone and accordion cloth surround can withstand years of constant use. The 400 watt RMS power handling rating is made possible by the use of a 3" voice coil on a glass fiber former. A neodymium slug motor keeps weight low, just under 8 pounds. Made in Italy.
