Ive owned an Ettore squeegee for years and have bought several refills. This time the blade kept slipping out so I messaged CS. This is the first time Ive had to deal with this. They replied and ended up sending clips to keep the blade in the housing. It worked but Ive had to re-adjust the blade a few times to keep the side from scraping on the edge. Plus, the blade doesnt work as well as prior blades.

I was disappointed that the color was a faded gray which to me seemed like it was old. I expected a dark black color as shown on the website. But it works very well.
