Mission: Energy Outreach Colorado's (EOC) mission is to ensure that all Coloradans can meet their home energy needs.

EOC is dedicated to keeping Colorado homes healthy and safe through access to affordable home energy. We do this by assisting people in emergency situations by helping pay the balances on their utility bills. We also help income-qualified residents, multifamily affordable housing buildings, and nonprofits become more self-sufficient by providing energy efficiency measures that lower energy costs long-term.

Energy Outreach Colorado is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an IRS ruling year of 1989, and donations are tax-deductible.
