This fridge arrived in perfect condition and on time. But I somehow discarded the screws to use to attach the Fridge door! My interaction with Ca'Lefort's customer service has be unusually enjoyable. They respond quickly and provide immediate solutions. They have sent replacement screws at no cost. Thanks. So glad I bought this brand.

We’ve had the wine cooler for a few months and it is working perfectly. Looks nice. Just fits the cabinet space. Lighting can change. Customer service follow up check in is excellent.

My Ca’Lefort wine fridge was delivered on 10/20/24. I waited until today to review to test it out for a few weeks. Super easy to attach the door handle (I’m not a DIYer at all) The temp was easy to set and has remained consistent at 54 degrees. It is located in my kitchen and is very quiet. I have white burgundies amp; Pinot noirs in my collection, along with Bordeaux’s, so wasn’t able to fit 33 bottles, but 30. Still highly recommend.

This wine frig fit perfectly in my space. Directions were super easy to set temp. It is a little noisier than I expected but not worth sending back and minor. Wine is perfectly chilled.

So far so good. Seems to be a nice fridge. Both sides get plenty cold and it’s a good size. It’s also very quiet which I appreciate. The only thing I don’t like is when you pull the drawers out they sag and all the cans slide forward. It’s a poor design. Other than that it works great.

Update to my original post: I contacted the Ca’Lafort team to solve this matter. Not only did they reply to me quickly to help resolve this matter they were very sincere and wanting to make things right. They are replacing the refrigerator. It’s refreshing to work with a company that stands behind their product.(Previous post)“Had high hopes for this refrigerator because of the great reviews. The fridge Will periodically turn off. When unplugged and plugged back in (the way to get it to come back on) it has a very strong coolant/chemical smell.”

Product, at least on outside, is made of high quality materials. Frankly, it looks sharper than the other coolers in the same price range. It also holds the temperature that I set very well. One minor quibble and one major issue:1. The minor point is the shelves don’t pull out very far so it’s tough to tell what wine you have in the back.2. The major issue I have is the noise. The compressor, when it is running, is quite loud. When it shuts off, there is a what I assume a fan running and while it isn’t loud, it sounds like it needs oil.The manufacturer was very responsive, wanting videos, etc., but basically the solution I think was to send it back. Sorry, that is too much hassle. Since it isn’t in my kitchen, I have decided to live with it.

Updating my previous post because of customer service. They worked hard to resolve issue. Sent me new drawers. Still having the same issue, but good customer service to try and problem solve.Solid fridge. The drawers have been getting stuck when trying to push them back in.
