I received this chair as an anniversary gift from my husband and I can't say enough good things about it. The gentle swaying of the chair is so relaxing, I fall asleep almost every time I sit down in it.The base of the chair is heavy duty metal so it it very sturdy. My husband assembled it for me and said it was easy to put together. The cushion is comfortable and easily ties onto the basket seat. There is a tether that can be tied to the support arm of the base to keep the basket from moving too much. I have tried it both ways and prefer it untethered, but those who don't like as much motion may prefer to use it. Also, the basket seat can be hung at different heights using the accompanying chain.The cushion is spot clean only, but so far it has stayed clean. I did purchase separately a cover for the chair to protect the cushion when not in use, but after a couple of thunderstorms with high winds, we determined that the cover acted more like a sail which would cause the chair to tip over. Now we leave the chair uncovered and just put the cushion away when there is rain in the forecast. The chair has remained upright during subsequent storms with strong wind.Overall, this chair has been a wonderful purchase and my only regret is that I didn't get one sooner!

Arrived on time. Sturdily made. Comes with options for hanging chair.There is a slot on the bottom of the vertical tube for the bottom bolt (there are two bolts in the base to secure the upright) and the slot is a little over size. Allows some slop and a clunky movement when gently swinging chair.

Very nice only 1 part didn't line up well I like it I suggest make sure you place it somewhere flat my yard is not leveled I'm just going to move it to the grass once my hammock seat comes in the mail that I ordered separately fast easy build took about 5 minutes to put together didn't even need Instructions

Easy to assemble

This product is exactly as expected.

This came with the wrong dimensions and the 2nd step does not work without 3 extra people. You have to lift the base for it to align and then we found out the hole is too small for the trunk to fit in. The instructions are horrible and tbh these reviews are lies. In addition - to return (ex all the rusty welding that it said to look out for) is extremely difficult. They said they will not take the package without it being perfectly packed as delivered. Because this is so heavy it made things very difficult. I live in an apartment so shame on me for discarding the box and believing it would work.

The hammock stand is solidly built but I have tipped over twice while sitting in it. You must be careful how you swing or lean when sitting in your hammock/seat. The seat does not come with the stand. It's very heavy so not easily portable. My husband carries it and sets it up for me when we go camping. Once he understood the assembly he found it rather easy to set up. I do enjoy sitting in it and swinging. I just don't lean anymore.

Ridiculous size. Outside people asked me if it was a sex device. My living room is not what I wanted it for.

For two hundred ten dollahs, I thought I'd snag this deal. However, when it arrived.. I was not able to put it together as the pre-drilled holes does not align so screwing pieces together is impossible. Unless, I widen the holes my self but I don't have the proper tools to do so. Now I have a hanging chair without the stand and I'm figuring out how I can string this up so it can be used. I have contacted the seller and for almost two weeks, they have responded with, "A replacement is on the way.. " with an invalid tracking numbers. To finally, "Sorry, that product is out of stock. " Terrible customer service or lack thereof.
