If peppercorns are too large they get stuck in our grinder and won't grind up. This smaller size is perfect.

I'm no expert on the subject of peppercorns, and I guess, like anything else, there are various quality grades. These peppercorns are fresh and appear to be of good quality. Price was OK too.

I use pepper as an ingredient in my smoking rub. Using whole pepper corns allows me to control how coarse the pepper is, and thus how much the pepper taste impacts the rub. The pepper corns were of uniform size, there were no broken corns in my bag, and no pepper corn dust. Delivery was fast, and it was the best price I've seen for pepper corns. I haven't yet used it for anything other than as an ingredient in my smoking rub. However, it's been frequently used as i smoke 3-6 pork ribs almost every weekend. I highly recommend this product.

This is such a good price for the amount you get. I get many refills for my pepper grinder out of this bag. It lasts quite a while. Quality seems good too!
