The pan is definitely non stick but warped in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven.

This is the very best cookie sheet I have ever owned. Cookies bake evenly, don't over brown. Marvelous! Judges at our county fair recommended Doughmakers products for best baked goods to enter in contests.

I love these! When I got new ovens I could no longer get good results with the cookies I've baked for years. I read the reviews on these and ordered two. So much better results for the cookies with these. I've ordered more. They require no oils or sprays, just as advertised. I would definitely recommend these.

Nice non-stick baking sheet. Raised/angle edge on long side makes placing/retrieving in the oven a snap. It has a good sturdy weight to it and does not flex like some of the thinner/cheaper sheets.

Bake evenly and the pebbled surface really does create a great nonstick surface. After being a hardcore air bake cookie sheet fan, these are now in my normal rotation.

I love it. I have been looking for a pan this size - which is SO hard to find and these are great. No non-stick surface to worry about. My bread comes out perfectly. Both yeast and quick breads. I am very happy with these pans. In fact- I ordered a 2nd one! They are heavy and feel as though they are REALLY good quality too.

I had Dough makers cookie sheets from 1996.....wonderful....even though the current product does not stick like the older ones ... they are flimsy and very thin...just to check up on my memory....I still have one of the original pie plates...very heavy and well made...I guess they make more money this way........

great pan - and cookies and biscuits didn't stick - would have given it 5 stars but was disappointed to learn that what used to be made in the gold old USA is now made in China - even though I like the pan I won't be buying any more until they return production to America thereby hiring Americans to sell a product that is sold mostly to Americans

I am in love with this brand!! I've made brownies and different dessert bars so far and this pan was so easy clean up after. It is truly non-stick and I love the fact that you don't have to use any grease or sprays beforehand. This is my second doughmakers purchase and I'm hoping to slowly replace all of my bakeware with the doughmakers brand!

My absolute favorite baking sheet...I bake cookies all the time and haven't used anything but these for 15 years! I've recommended them to family and friends and own several sizes as well as cake pans and muffin tins!

Very even browning compared to the Pyrex I had been using.. I haven't been brave enough to try it ungreased yet but with a little bit of butter, the loaves of bread fall right out of the pan. No sticking means no scrubbing!

I love this small cookie sheet; I use it to bake biscuits and cookies for my husband and me. Easy to bake a small batch of "fresh, hot" treats, easy clean up; this is my second one, that's how much I use it.

We love Doughmakers pans. We have several baking sheets and now two of these cake pans. We use them for everything from cakes (of course) to heating up french fries and chicken fingers.
