Have used my pans twice now and I really like them. Nothing sticks!! I used NO oil spray or butter and my cookies didn't stick!! Also, very easy to clean with soap and water. The cookies spread easily on the pan, came out nice and round and didn't burn on the bottom. These are great pans.

Best cookie sheet I've ever owned. This sheet can handle anything I bake without warping and my baked items come out just right.

Ive had these cookie sheets for years and I am adding this one because I make big batches of cookies, so this addition will help me in that process. They always bake very evenly.

It arrived with scratches all over the top. It still works, so I didnt send it back, bit it was disappointing.

love these!. Easy to clean. They are non stick for the most part but sometimes I use parchment paper.<br />I never put them in the dish washer. Cookies bake evenly. Spray oils mess them up, they get tacky and it discolors them over time.

I keep saying I'm not going to buy anymore bakeware. Sigh. I haven't used a 9x9 pan in so many years I tossed my old one for some extra space. Wouldn't you know I come across a killer recipe in which the best results come from a 9x9. There's so much junk bakeware out there today, the reviews for Doughmakers brand intrigued me enough to try one.<br /><br />Wow, the quality. I knew from the materials that it would bake well, but the cleanup alone is worth owning it. What an awesome design. I don't yet have to worry about where to put it either, because that coffee cake was so good it's been requested every three days. You'd think they'd be sick of it.<br /><br />It looks like I'll be replacing my 9x13 with a Doughmaker also. I miss having a matching metal lid, and DM has one for theirs.

This company makes my favorite bake ware. I feel the pans bake evenly and are easy to clean up. Be careful NOT to place these in a dishwasher though as it will surely eat the finish.

My wife wanted it because she saw it in a cooking store locally. She thought it was a good idea, but everytime che cooks I never seeing her use it. she always uses the old smooth pan. She says she sees no difference

I ordered this based on the reviews but was a little leery because it did not have the traditional nonstick coating. Using it the first time this evening to make a pizza, the toppings and cheese that oozed between the pieces when cut. I was worried about clean up, but surprisingly, despite the lack of a nonstick coating, the mess cleaned with ease. It seems this is going to be easy to keep clean. I know some of you call that eventual build up on a pizza pan and other pans "seasoning" and seem to enjoy it, but I think it looks wretched and gross and want no part of it. I just a sparkling clean pan.
