i bought this for my girlfriend. after measuring her head we went with a small it fits well. I usually wear a medium and it fits my head to. If it didnt have wings on it i would use it myself. i would says these run a little big

Nice helmet. Graphics are good. Fits good and light. Still does not completely eliminate mushroom head but not bad.
