Positive red terminal not marked. You have to turn it over and the bottom of the terminal is red.

I bought these to 'build' a pair of DMLoudspeakers. More than impressed. I will be buying more in the near future to build an line-array system for my workshop.

I used two of these on my racing simulator--one on the pedals and one on my seat. I use them simply to communicate wheel lock up anti-lock brake activation because I have a motion platform. I actually had to turn the volume down on these because it vibrated more than I wanted. At the price, they were a great deal. Glad I bought them.

Dayton Audio DAEX32EP-4 sound amazing for DIY speaker. Will get another one for a set and use it on Fosi Audio BT20A Bluetooth Amplifier Receiver. Perfect for drop down ceiling speaker.

The speakers are for a beginners’ project and will most likely be followed up with something more substantial, using the same type of speakers attached to a different medium.

This little exciter speaker is just awesome for the size it has great sound and you can turn almost any semi solid surface into a speaker but you do have to use this with an Amp very happy with it having fun finding different things to use as a speaker

I bought a pair of these for my sim racing seat. They worked ok for a few months and today one is completely dead. Would not buy again, unsure if these have a warranty or not to swap this out. Even when working both make a rattly buzz when playing sounds. I have them playing a quick 40hz single hit when I shift gears. Sometimes it sounds good, sometimes it sounds rattly/creaky. If I push directly on the exciter, I can hear a similar rattle sound... it sounded like this from day one.

First and foremost... understand that the sound emanates from the surface on which the exciter is mounted. per the old adage... horses for courses... your satisfaction will depend on a number of things. I have my exciters mounted on the exterior wall of a shower enclosure. I didn't want to blast podcasts in the morning in the bathroom, and wanted speakers in the shower. This is the perfect solution.

Works well. Bit of soldering needed to attach wires and audio plug, but that was easy.

I bought 7 of these for a complete surround sound system. Yes, i got the idea from Tech Ingredients on YouTube! I was initially not even remotely happy with them. I tried using them with the 24 x 24 foam panels you can get from the big box stores. The sound was really hollow. Even paired with a good quality subwoofer, there were a lot of frequencies missing. However, i realized two things - first, it was partly my fault for how i was mounting them. And second, they work way better with the acoustic ceiling tiles. In the picture, you can see the front five speakers - mains, center channel, and the height speakers for atmos. I also have another pair of them for the rear surround, mounted on the ceiling above the couch that viewers will be using. Everything sounds amazing, given the price. I love the way they look, and although the sound is not quite perfect, it's plenty good for my setup as a second media room.I bought these things on sale, paying $20 something for each. The ceiling tiles are $20 for a set of three. I made some mounts out of plywood with a little accent strip of scrap purpleheart. The tiles are hanging on some cheap black monofilament. So the entire 7 speaker setup was only about $200 dollars. Maybe $250 if you include the speaker wire and the paint i used. This was a very satisfying project, and was absurdly easy. The speakers sound good, and really fill the room with nondirectional sound. The frequency response is not perfect, but there are lots of things you can do to improve that - specifically by adding additional panels of different sizes and shapes down the road.If you want a weekend project to make some great conversation starting speakers that sound pretty great, buy these right away. I don't think you will regret it.
