I thought this blend would be gluten free, but it contains both barley AND rye. My husband seems to like it but I can't try it or I risk all sorts of digestive issues.

Quickest latte in town! And delicious too. Especially since for about a year, so far, drinking coffee is not possible. We add this instant tea to ice cold milk and vanilla and a splash of cream for a latte delight! We enjoy it with Alexandre Farms A/2 A/2 Grassfed Whole Milk and a splash of their Whipping Cream.Both are usually offered by Azure Standard. The best part about this is that it is suitable for evening yet not everyone in the house can do that without staying awake all night. Apparently, this tea can have similar effects of coffee even though it is caffeine free. It sure does taste like coffee and sleep is not at all disrupted for at least one person!

I love this tea. I add a tablespoon of coconut creamer and honey which gives me a very satisfying creamy hot beverage. It also take the hunger edge away when needed in a healthy way.

This has a great taste, reminiscent of coffee, but without the acidity. It mixes into beverages well and quickly. (I have had greater success mixing it into slightly warm liquids, but with a little work you can get it to mix into cold liquid--or use a blender for a great smoothie!)
