Paddle has excellent spin, speed and control. It came with Black Tin Arc and Red Hurricane 3 both are very good rubber. I use Red for Forehand for looping and black back hand for smashes and pushes. It could be 5 star paddle but it is very heavy for a paddle (240 g/ 9 oz) compared to standard and some what stinky so 4.5 stars. There was a scratchable sticker with 12 digit code which I entered in the web site dhsworld and it came up Genuine (More details on one of the question I answered in Q&A section)

After sparingly using it for few months the paddle handle is splitting apart - looks like the glue is not holding the wooden pieces together. Also, the paddle stinks really bad like fish and I need to wash my hands after using it every time. The performance of the rubber is good though and it generates good spin

Really enjoy playing with these paddles! I am only a novice player, but noticed more slam ability right away.

Incredible and affordable racket. I am very pleased with this purchase. For non professional (recreational and practice) usage is perfect. I wouldn't say is for more serious players, but if what you need to do is to train/practice/recreational play, it is perfect.

Great paddle for the money. Great control for the more advanced player. Thick Sponge with stiffer rubber than I expected changed my game for the better.

This paddle is awesome. I am definitely not a professional. Maybe an Amateur. But the control and speed I get with this is great. The only thing is when I got it the case for the paddle was a little messed up. The velcro (not the one that is sticky on the back) was partly tore off. The stitching was coming undone.

Crazy spin! Great once you get used to the weight (in my case). My friend's paddles are lighter and thus respond quicker to a flick of the wrist. But their's do not have the rubber that this paddle has. Great rubber, not-to-invasive of a smell (paint, you can smell the paint), and once my wrist got stronger, i can flick this thing faster than a light paddle. Which means this is excellent to practice with if your tourny paddle is a bit lighter.

Nice racket. I believe the type of rubber used is not one used by the Chinese players. After further research in the TT forums, it seems that the Chinese players used a special rubber (although the same name) specially made for them. I eventually changed the rubber to suit my playing style.Update: After playing with it for awhile, the H3 rubber felt "dead". I think the paddle itself is ok. I kept the Tin Arc sideand used a good Tenergy 64 rubber. It seemed to work better. The problem with TT rackets are that they are a personal choice.Sometimes, you will have to play with many rackets (combination of paddle and rubbers) to find one that actually suits your playing style.

the handle bar has crack and the rubber size are uneven. the black color rubber is smaller than red color. The bag size is too small. I can not put the racket in.

im going to be honest and say that i am an average player. We have a ping pong table at the shop where i work and down times i go and play ping pong. this is a major upgrade from the 10 dollar wal-mart paddle i had before. It adds a ton of spin to the ball and you barely have to touch the ball in order for it to go over the net. i feel like this is a great bang for your buck!

I think it's a great paddle for the money. Rubbers are nice a rather sticky - good for spinning. I actually was looking for a heavier paddle - so the weight is not an issue for me. Overall good performing paddle if it fit's your style of play. Cons: foam and rubber started peeling off on one side after about 2 games. So manufacturing is not that great. Of course the paddle could be counterfeit, as others mentioned. I never checked. Even if it is - it's still a great deal for the money. Another con - the bag that the paddle came with is smaller that it should be. Not a bad bag overall - just wrong size. The fish smell that others indicated is not a problem with my paddle. I think overall I would recommend the paddle, but could be hit and miss depending on where you buy it from or what batch of paddles you get it from.

Performs great for a $30 paddle and once you get use to the feel of it you can compete with others of equal skill that own more expensive paddles. Please be aware that this paddle is heavier than cheaper paddles, but if you are a serious player you are or should be aware that general quality rubbers are going to be heavier than lesser rubbers. Specking of the rubbers, as others have indicated the rubbers used on this paddle are very good and are worth more than the paddle itself. The handle does have a smell similar to to fish, but honestly it depends on each individual's smell. The smell eventually goes away (about 3-4 weeks) and if you want a competitive paddle at a reasonable price then get this paddle.
