The padded neck collar is what I like most about the vest, comfortable no rubbing or irritation. The vest fits like a jacket comfortable, light weight, easy zip, right amount of pockets for the necessities, easy to clean. This is my second vest from this vendor. I would definitely recommend this vest!

This safety vest has quality materials and feels great. The only down side is that the fit runs small. So, I would buy one size up.

I keep this in my winch bag with my snatch blocks and shackles. Adds a little extra visibility if I stop to pull someone out of a ditch on an icy road. Honestly can't be too careful. It's also good to have if you're working in the woods during hunting season

I just got this for my husband to wear when he's on the tractor, mainly to hold his cell phone in the upper pocket. It should serve this purpose although it's been just three days, so it's hard to really say. Also, it has two Velcro closing lower pockets.

The pocket snaps are not very durable... I lost a snap button in the second week of wear.

My primary reason for going rogue and buying my safety vest was that the most oversized company-supplied vests were too small and simply basic - no frills. I like the extra pockets on the vest, as it gives me a place to stash my pass card and other small items I might need during the day. The vest is comfortable, and the meshed material has kept me cool when breezes blow so far (it's only early spring).It also helps that the newness of the vest makes the hi-vis colors pop even louder than the company-issued version, and that's not bad.
