I love this since it is so comfortable. Good quality 'dress pants' fabric, thin, lightweight, and stretchy so perfect for the warmer seasons. More comfortable to wear than twill work pants. It is nicer than in the photo because it isn't quite as shiny in real life and the waist band doesn't catch the eye as much as in the picture. Extra small fits a womens size 2-4. I'm in between a 4 and a 6 and the XS fit me also. My size 2 daughter tried the XXS and it was a little bit too small so I would say XXS is a size 0. I applaud Cherokee for offering an XXS which will fit very slender women or teens. My daughter wears these to work at a retail store. In black, you cannot tell that they are intended to be nurses 'scrubs', they just look like dressy work pants.

These pants are very comfortable and the best one bought from Cherokee. The only issue I have is they are a little long for my height 5 feet.

These are my most favorite scrub pants! I love that the tall inseam is available so that I don't have to worry about showing off my butt crack like most people I'm around. I ordered a wine colored pair a few months ago and now got the teal. My only reason for a deduction of a star is because I ordered a Cherokee scrub top (also teal) and they are 2 different shades. May not be a huge deal for most but since these are my school uniform they have to match. Kinda bummed 2 items from the same company with the same color name aren't actually the same shade, but I may keep them for future use because they really are so comfortable!

Normally i wear a medium so that's what i bought. When i got it i was swimming in it...so i returned it and got the small and it was perfect. Love it.

I purchased one as a trial to see how I would like this kind. Let me just say, I absolutely love this over any other scrub bottom I’ve ever had. I wore this for the first time during a double shift and so glad I had. I shall be ordering more for sure in other colors. I purchased a medium and it fit perfectly. Not overly tight or loose.

My favorite scrubs. The material is so soft and comfortable. It bends and flexes with you without losing shape or binding or punching. Easy clean and barely wrinkles even when I’m lazy and don’t put the laundry away.

I LOVE these scrub pants. I've tried probably a dozen styles and nothing compares. These are stretchy so you can bend without worries, they have a super comfy waistband (I thought no drawstring would be an issue but they stay up no problems), they don't wrinkle, they wick sweat and repel whatever fluids are coming at you, they are midrise so no buttcrack attacks, and the length is adjustable because of the elastic at the bottoms (no hemming needed! Only flaw is that you have to knot that elastic because it doesn't have a toggle on it). As a plus size person I would highly recommend to other plus size people.
