The shirt fits well and does what it was designed to do. However, the stitching doesn't seem to be very durable. I've seen loose stitching on many reviews so hopefully the maker will resolve this issue.

Ordered to my size, but the shirt is way too big. It doesn't compress anything. I had bought this to wear under a Spider-man costume to flatten my belly. I'm not even a big guy...pretty thin actually, but I do have a small pooch that I was hoping this would flatten...it didn't matter bc the shirt is WAY too big, even though I did my best to go by the size chart. It's also too thick. The pic makes it look thin, but it's not. It's very thick material...like a rash guard or swim shirt, but thicker even. I was going to return it, but just decided to keep the thing and wear it while working out. There are probably much better options out there.

It is right fit good

I'm 245 lbs, 5'11 with a 40-42 waist (38 in Old Navy jeans that have some stretch). I've lost 30 lbs and am looking for help smoothing out my extra skin and love handles/muffin top. I ordered the XXL and it was tight but didn't have much noticeable change. I returned it and got and XL. Way better. I'm ordering another now. I ordered two others brands at the same time and they were much thinner than this one, so they didn't keep everything in. Like others have said, put it on by stepping into and pulling it up. If you can put it on by going over your head, it won't be tight enough around the midsection to make a difference.My only real complaint is the inaccurate sizing on the picture they list? But be aware that it does roll up from the bottom and you can feel it rolling up in your creases. I figured that is to be expected with how tight it has to be to work, so you probably can't do much about.

Great fit

It's just a very tight, thick tank top.No shaping or formed abs/muscles as pictured and described. It's just a super tight tank that's very thick making it extremely hard to get on and off plus uncomfortable to wear.

I'm working on losing weight (down 50 pounds so far, with a long-term goal to lose about 120), but I've been very self-conscious about the changes my body is going through. Parts are sagging in the worst places, and I've developed very noticeable man-boobs and love-handles as a result. So I've ordered about a dozen of these shirts over the last year and a half.They are quite nice, comfy and do an admirable job holding in the jiggly bits. They especially hold in the man-boobs, my most embarrassing feature, quite well. I'd say they make my chest appear about 50 smaller, which is a massive improvement. I finally feel comfortable walking around in public again!And the fact is, these shirts are very affordable! Which is nice. I've owned similar shirts in the past when my weight has fluctuated, and I've paid $50 for them. So the fact these only cost half that has been very good for my wallet.BUT, I do have one major complaint... that being that one of my orders a few months ago was very sub-par. I've been ordering these in sets of two every few months for the past year-and-a-half. And most of them have fit perfectly and been high quality. But randomly, one of my orders was completely different... the build-quality was very so-so, the seams were in the wrong places, and even though it was the same size I always get, the shirts themselves appeared to be a good 4-6 shorter. I can usually pull them down below my belly and belt-line, whereas these two stopped just under my belly-button... making them very uncomfortable and prone to rolling up.Thankfully, I've ordered two more since then, and they were the same good quality the shirts always have been. But the fact that one of my orders was completely wrong and appeared to be manufactured differently is concerning. So I will dock a point for that.Still, I'd generally give this a good recommendation. If you get the right size, they should work wonders for you!4 out of 5.

I've been wearing this nearly daily for about 6 months. I have a little excess weight and it always bothered me. Especially my sides. This cinches it in just enough to straighten out your silhouette.Order what size you comfortably wear in t shirts. I'm 6'1 215. I'm a sometimes large/mostly xl. I bought the xl and it's real tight, which is what you want.This won't make obesity disappear,{having been really heavy years ago, I don't think this would accomplish anything at all} but if you're carrying some excess weight it will do wonders for your confidence.

i got medium and it is to small TIGHT! cant even wear it! get large!

Excellent compression tank for slimming. I'm 5'6 with muscular dad-body. Medium was perfect. Difficult to put tank on at first until you figure it out (I found one arm and head first, pull it down as far as I can, then second arm and pull it all the way down). I had it down to a science after a week. I found tucking the bottom edge of the tank into the waistband of my underwear keeps the tank from riding up my belly during the day (total dad-trick).

Great product as advertised, I ordered a medium one. Im a size medium tank top. But I need a large. Would be a best fit id get a size bigger for future Reference

I saw a review suggesting to downsize - I disagree. I ordered XL (my usual size), it fits well does the job. I wish I would've thought to order it sooner.
