Ordered a 3x couldn't get it past my shoulders. It's no way this was a 3x most likely a large. It didn't come with any tags attached. There was a loose tag in the bag but didn't have the size.No bueno

Comfortable. Good compression. But there is a prominent seam horizontally across the upper abdomen. Very visible under a shirt. I had to do an extra layer (tank) to hide it. Would be great if you're planning layers.

it is a little on tight side, a size larger may be better.

I did order many similar compression products bu far this is the best one ever.I do use it in daily basis and I workout with it.Been using it for 3 month nowI am medium size male so i order it medium as well.It compresses the abdominal area perfectly and moreover if you have big chest it will make it in sport shape as well.

Great fabric, very smooth and sturdy while not overly thick. Great compression ability!For sizing, I have a female body, so this may not apply to everyone: I ordered a medium based on my measurements (37"chest, 30.5" waist). The shirt fits weird. It's tight on my waist and hips, tight enough that it's hard to get into. Definitely some compression/ shaping happening there. It's comfortable on my chest but to the point there's actually less compression than a normal sports bra. Also, it's big around my arms and neck, just barely tight enough to sit smoothly. Pretty ok under a shirt but frustrating that it doesn't quite do what I wanted, and if it's positioned wrong it'll roll up all day.

It was a pretty tight fit when I first put it on but once you get it on your chillin I’m 6ft 210lbs so I got the large size and I think it’s perfect the medium or XL wouldn’t have don’t the trick it flattens out your chest if you have man titties or lose skin and tightens your figure up you will still have a lil bit of an over belly so if your expecting it to conceal that your out of luck but it helps with working out you don’t feel like your jiggling everywhere so your not as insecure

I wasn't sure how a compression vest was suppossed to fit so I ordered XL. I felt some amount if compression but I figure I may need to downsize to get the full benefit. I'm going with L next. As for the material, it feels great on the skin and it's very light.

This review was done after using the product for 6 weeks.This compression shirt did it's job wonderfully. It compresses to a more flattering form, it's comfortable, mostly breathable, it doesn't retain a smell, and it fits very well. I've tried other compression shirts and this one fits the best, especially under the arms and over the chest so no fat is left hanging out so to speak.Unfortunately, the hem along the bottom of the shirt started to come undone from day 1. Within 1 month, the entire hem that gives a thickness to the bottom of the shirt is gone. And I only wear it to walk or to work (in an office environment). So now what happens is the shirt rides up constantly because there is less compression at the bottom. Unless I tuck the shirt in deep and tighten my belt, it will bunch up at the midsection.Maybe I got one that had bad sewing, but I'm giving it at least two stars because the intention is there and it works, but from my particular experience, the longevity is not there. If the sewing of the hem was stronger, this would be the ideal compression shirt.

When will found results

This product has met my expectations. It is very comfortable and it can be worn as an undergarment to replace your tank top. It gives you a cleaner and more put together look when wearing your shirt tucked in. I am 511 220lbs and I ordered an Xl because I wear XL Shirts and it fits well but I will be ordering a Large for the tighter more supporting feel.

It reduced my lower back pain and seems to help with weight loss. I like it a lot.

This works exactly as advertised. Yes, you have to use their sizing guide. Yes you have to put it on the way they tell you to. No, it's not a workout shirt. Note that the tan color isn't really tan. It's a weird orangeclose to the color of orange sherbet.

Works but doesn't give you abs like the picture. Can get hot in the summer though.

I expected something a bit closer to male shareware but this was very slimming for the price.

I'm 245 lbs, 5'11 with a 40-42 waist (38 in Old Navy jeans that have some stretch). I've lost 30 lbs and am looking for help smoothing out my extra skin and love handles/muffin top. I ordered the XXL and it was tight but didn't have much noticeable change. I returned it and got and XL. Way better. I'm ordering another now. I ordered two others brands at the same time and they were much thinner than this one, so they didn't keep everything in. Like others have said, put it on by stepping into and pulling it up. If you can put it on by going over your head, it won't be tight enough around the midsection to make a difference.My only real complaint is the inaccurate sizing on the picture they list? But be aware that it does roll up from the bottom and you can feel it rolling up in your creases. I figured that is to be expected with how tight it has to be to work, so you probably can't do much about.

I'm working on losing weight (down 50 pounds so far, with a long-term goal to lose about 120), but I've been very self-conscious about the changes my body is going through. Parts are sagging in the worst places, and I've developed very noticeable man-boobs and love-handles as a result. So I've ordered about a dozen of these shirts over the last year and a half.They are quite nice, comfy and do an admirable job holding in the jiggly bits. They especially hold in the man-boobs, my most embarrassing feature, quite well. I'd say they make my chest appear about 50 smaller, which is a massive improvement. I finally feel comfortable walking around in public again!And the fact is, these shirts are very affordable! Which is nice. I've owned similar shirts in the past when my weight has fluctuated, and I've paid $50 for them. So the fact these only cost half that has been very good for my wallet.BUT, I do have one major complaint... that being that one of my orders a few months ago was very sub-par. I've been ordering these in sets of two every few months for the past year-and-a-half. And most of them have fit perfectly and been high quality. But randomly, one of my orders was completely different... the build-quality was very so-so, the seams were in the wrong places, and even though it was the same size I always get, the shirts themselves appeared to be a good 4-6 shorter. I can usually pull them down below my belly and belt-line, whereas these two stopped just under my belly-button... making them very uncomfortable and prone to rolling up.Thankfully, I've ordered two more since then, and they were the same good quality the shirts always have been. But the fact that one of my orders was completely wrong and appeared to be manufactured differently is concerning. So I will dock a point for that.Still, I'd generally give this a good recommendation. If you get the right size, they should work wonders for you!4 out of 5.

i got medium and it is to small TIGHT! cant even wear it! get large!
