The Cervical Pivot™ is an ideal substitute for gentle cervical traction; it's also an effective tool for strengthening, self-mobilization, and self-release of sternocleidomastoid (side of the neck), upper trapezius (shoulder blade region) and first ribs.
As part of the Pivotal Therapy System, the Cervical Pivot uses gravity and a progressive increase of duration to reverse abnormal sustained postures or positions.

Using under the advice of my physical therapist. I use it every day along with the cervical pivot to work on relaxing muscles in my thorax, chest, sholders and neck. It is helpful!

Recommended by my physical therapist for relaxing nerves and muscle at the base of my cranium. Excellent for home use. Take note of the row of bumps, very precise, and beware of cheaper versions that look like baby dragons with bumps all over the place!

This is awesome! I used to have a massage therapist that would hold my head in the same way and the release in my neck was wonderful. This does the trick whenever you need. I find 5 minutes or so is all I need for relief. I find it works best on a thicker carpet as it can slide a bit on my living room rug.

This bolster has saved my sanity! I was struggling with a pinched nerve in my neck, and suffering tingling and numbness down my left arm! I started with an inflatable traction device, that helped a little. But, when I got this and started stretching my upper thoracic spine, it’s been a game changer! The more you use this, the more comfortable it becomes to relax and I’ve been able to actually get ‘pops’ or releases from my normally very tight upper back! My chiropractor has probably thought I died, as I haven’t had to see him in months now! And, after going up to 3 times weekly for adjustments trying to get out of this mess....this has been the best investment I’ve made in my health! My best friend, and my co worker have also purchased one and have had similar results! I have since bought a second one that I keep at work. When my back aches from being at the computer for hours, I just go lay on it for a few minutes and I’m good to go!
