[Quality] Decent quality for the price, don't expect anything amazing. There are loose and untrimmed threads everywhere, so be sure to go through everything before wearing.Top: Looks & wears like advertised. 82% Polyester/10% Cotton/8% Polyurethane. The fabric is cheap and will tear if you tug on it too hard, so be gentle :) The top has a regular zipper in the center of the back. I think they should've used an invisible zipper or at least placed it on the side where it would be less visible. My only real issue was the neck line where they stitched the white fabric with brown thread and the brown striped fabric with white thread. That's just not right. :(Skirt: As advertised. 100% Polyester. Fairly decent material. Very thin and stretchy, so be careful not to snag it anywhere.Belt: Complete write-off. Made out of a very thin plastic with no holes or buckles to keep it in place (notice that the model is holding the belt closed in the photo). You can use a safety pin to secure it or get another belt. I just decided not to use a belt, period.Sleeves: Not like advertised. The material is more like a cheap stretchy mesh--not at all like the clean woven fabric that appears in the photo. Separate from top, you can wear them as pictured or move them around for a differently look. I wore mine around my wrists for a more-cute-less-sexy look.Hat: Made out of foam, big and floppy. It will inevitably get squashed on the trip to your home, so make sure to take it out early on and reshape it. I altered mine a bit as well to make the hat smaller and properly triangular. The feather is really small and flat you might want to get a longer one with a fluffier plume at an art/craft store.[Sizing] True to size. I'm a size 12 and the XL fit perfectly.Top: A decent length on me, which means anyone with a long torso would find it really short. I'm a B cup, so the neckline covered 3/4 of my bust--which I liked, since I don't want my costume to be too racy. You'll find that if you have a larger bust, it'll be extra hot for you ;)Skirt: I'm only 5'3", so the skirt was really long on me. I had to take it up a little so that it would still look good with my knee-high boots. Be sure to get the petticoat since the skirt itself is fairly limp. The petticoat will add some volume and shape to give you a more voluptuous look.[Overall] A decent costume for the price. Although, now that I've had a chance to look at it and try it on, I think the costume is only worth around $45 maximum because of the unusable belt, slightly cheap material and the quality of the hat. It still looks good, just hope that no one touches or takes a close look at it.
