My rating is based on the the use of the headphones for metal detecting. Since I am listening for a limited range of tones, not music. it meets those needs perfectly. The separate volume controls for each head piece it good for those with hearing loss in one ear. The ear cushions are soft and the comfort is better than I would have expected for something so reasonably priced. The outside noise isolation is OK as it was designed for a classroom setting where you would be able to hear outside voices. You might be able cover the openings with black tape to further isolate outside sounds. I have tried it in a noisy situation and it cut down outside noise by more than half. The durability is my only question but, with care, should should get good use out of it. If you are expecting a heavy duty product this is not it. I do recommend it though as it is a good value.

the headphones are amazing but sum how they come loose and slip off my ears.also i have long hair so when they slip they catch onto my hair

They reproduce sound. You can hear basic sounds. If you want all the highs and lows of music these are not for you. The volume control adjustments for both sides is good. The comfort is for short term use as the plastic center will hit your ears and eventually become uncomfortable. The quality is fine for the price paid.

Initially had a hard time as they came with no instructions or manual. But after 2 youtube videos i figured it out. Very sturdy build, good sound quality, love the balance adjuster on the right ear. Great buy for the low price.

This was so tight and umcomfortable on my head, I could only wear it for 15 minutes and was getting a headache. There was not way to adjust it?
