I purchased this for my cruising boat this is the best fan I have purchased the selection of speeds also the shut off timer plus the amount of positions lastly its very quiet make it so good.I have two other names of fan on board that are no where comparable to this one.

These replaced several battery powered USB c fans from my old boat that are starting to fail. I now have 4 in hard wired locations on a 36 aft Cabin. They noticeably add to comfort. Minus 1 star as the fans are not a full gimbal like the battery fans, but if you think about your needed airflow when mounting you can accommodate. Seeing reviews re low air flow. Swap the wires, I had the same issue until I did so. Polarity can be elusive on 12v! They are quiet and seem well built by our friends in Canada.

This is a nice fan compared to the original ceiling fans in the boats bedrooms. Its relatively quiet and has good adjustability. Big improvement over the prior fan type.

Everything was as I expected: quiet operation even at max speed, measured power consumption well within specs and I checked the 12 hrs timer as well, precise to the minute. The flat stowed position is a real space-saver. Not a cheap piece of equipment, but in my opinion the performance is well worth the price.

Great for hot sleepers, can be positioned any direction within the camper, and stows nicely. I couldn't find anything else on the market that has the same features. However, at $120, I wish the fan had a more solid feel to it (plastic/fit/finish seems flimsy). I took a cleaner install approach and hid the wiring (within a chase built into the bottom of my cabinet) and tied in with a existing 12v light circuit. Specs state that the fan only pulls .35 amps, so not worried about popping any fuses. Great little package that performs exactly how I want it, just hope it doesn't fall apart while riding around in a bouncy travel trailer...

I purchased and installed this fan less than a year ago. Recently it's started barely running, regardless of the speed setting.Looking around online, this kind of thing seems to be a fairly common complaint.On the other hand, I have a cheap desk fan that's run flawlessly for nearly a decade.For $120, I'd expect much better reliability.

I bought this due to the low power consumption, and the reviews saying how much air this little fan can move. I would disagree about the air movement, even on the highest setting its like a low setting on any other fan; which makes sense with its low power consumption, but let's not get carried away, it's not powerful at all.Very cheap and plastic feeling, already making a clicking noise inside the gearing that can't be fixed. This fan is worth $40 at best.
