This comb is not what you expect for a good reason. First I want to say the quality of these combs from this brand have been nothing but great for me. Secondly, the quality is there and the overall product just does what its supposed to do without being cheap junk I will throw out next year for looking crusty, this is the real deal and I love the combs made by this brand. I hope this helps someone.

This comb isn't huge but it's the perfect size for your hand. It works well at combing the hair thoroughly yet gently.

I use this comb to part my hair and I like that it's a sturdy comb. But I have to say I've seen comb that parts hair better. This one doesn't really accurately part my hair because it'll still have a few hair strands behind. I think the reason is because the teeth are not small enough at the tip. That being said, this comb does not have sharp teeth that might accidently hurt your scalp, whereas the ones with sharper teeth does.

I got this for my husband because the one he's been using is too flimsy. This one is very sturdy. I combed my very long wind blown hair with it had no issues. It holds up very nicely.

I've been cutting hair for family members for almost 50 years. I am not a professional, but I still wanted to give the Gentleman Republic brand a try. I am really tired of the cheap combs that come with hair-cutting kits. I've upgraded clippers over the years, but the same type of combs are always included. This comb feels great in the hand and doesn't bend when combing through thick hair. It will last me for as long as I will be cutting hair.
