In order to qualify for the Exchange Program, you must send or bring in your old cup to receive a refurbished vacuum cup.

Never exceed the recommended weight limit of this cup.
CAUTION: Cups must be kept clean and stored in carrying case when not in use.
IMPORTANT: Small Dirt Particles cause leaks. Clean with damped rag only, no oil solutions required. *If necessary use mild soap detergent and water to remove any residue build up on pads.

Works like the rest. Does it maintain vacuum for life? No. I've never seen one that does.Rule of thumb when using suction cups: wet them first, clean the area where it will be applied, and be quick. It works just fine.
