I would have included a photo, but when it comes to running a bead of chauld it ain't pretty. This stuff is easy to use.

I had to repair a wall of my truck camper. When I installed the trim back in place I used this butyl rubber tube. It was easy to apply and easy to wipe away any that squeezed out from the sides of the trim.

Used this to install double glazed windows in wooden frames. The product is VERY sticky so take care. A bead of butyl in the rabbit, push the glass home, presto a perfect seal that allows for expansion and contraction. The glazing compound available at home centres is not suitable for double glazing applications.

Purchased these to re-seal the corners of my camper. When you apply this, just make sure you apply a very thick bead on both sides of the corner trip. Sealed up very nicely and hopefully will be better than factory.

This is not fun at all to work with but it will last for years. Stringy and doesn't always stick where you want it to. Keep trying and you'll get it though.

A good product however the paper backing was wider than the butyl tape which made it hard to line up with the window frames.

It holds great, applies easily and dries. I applied it in a cooler temp, so I made sure to keep the tubes warm, otherwise it is very thick. 100 happy with this product. I could not find it at the normal hardware stores since Covid, thus us an awesome find.

Only complaint is the tube. The plastic nozzle comes out of the metal tube top with the slightest bit of pressure.

Great product but the tube is cardboard so the ends might be crunched which then makes it more difficult to get started in the caulk gun.

I had to do some repair work on my camper. I used butyl strip where it is support to go but there were still some minor gaps to fill. This stuff is excellent. It dries soft but firm, exactly what you need for sealing up RV seams.
