I have a gate at my community that uses this type of remote and this worked first try. I set the dip switches and tried it with success.

works for one of my gates, but not for the 2nd one. same code. must be its not the official remote "liftmaster".

Its the exact dupe of the liftmaster remote. It has the adjustable 12 pin and came with the battery installed. Works great!

Works just like the original and at a good price. Build quality is right up there with the offerings directly from liftmaster so if the price is cheaper I would buy it again.

Always use Liftmaster remotes specifically for gate receivers, anything else is not compatible. Very easy to program!
