I got these for my husband and he loved it! The packaging wasn't the pretty the boxes came busted up but the weighs in the inside were perfect. The total weigh is 52 pounds not 60 pounds unless you count the bar and stars but overall really good weighs..I order 2 sets of these so my husband can double up on the weigh

Happy with my selection of buying these weights. I had the sand filled weights, which didn't hold up over time. These are the type of weights that I remember from the gym I used to work at. Solid construction and worth the money.

It's great because you can just add as you gain buuuuuuut 2 of the spin locks would not ho on smoothly, once I spun it once then it spun a little smoother. Overall I'm going to use it . Try them at Walmart first if you're undecided

I'm very impressed with this weight set. Considering how cheap they are compared to some of their top flight competitors, I was worried that these 50 pounds wouldn't be as good of quality as other 50 lbs. Fortunately, that's not a problem. Whoever said you can't buy gravity never tried these weights. How do you like them apples Sir Issac Newton?

I love that you can easily change the amount of weight by unscrewing the screw that is placed on either side of the weight to increase or decrease the amount of weight that you prefer. These are so much cheaper than buying individual weights of different pounds. The weights are comfortable to hold in your hands too!

Versatile, affordable, quality space saving alternative to an entire rack of dumbbells.I researched other alternatives before buying this one and you can't beat it for the price and what you get. Rogue sells something similar for $1,300, and power-blocks and other adjustable dumbbell sets usually go for $700-800 and only get you 55-80lbs per dumbbell.If you need the math, at the time I bought this set, I paid $2.03 per pound. The other options I mentioned above range from $2.25 (plus tax - other brands) to $3.60 per pound (plus tax bowflex, powerblock, etc.) to $6.5 per pound for the Rogue set. It's not filet mignon, so spend your money wisely!I purchased the 200-pound set which includes: 16x10lbs 4x5lbs 4x2.5lbs 2x5lb handles.The fit and finish are excellent and holding up well so far. They seem well made and I like how they included rubber washers where the handle meets the first plate to stop it from rattling under use.The collars are screw-on and work well without getting snagged. The screw-on mechanism helps in securing the plates tightly, however, it can get annoying if you need to make constant changes.The issue above is perhaps the biggest con of using these types of dumbbells vs. a dedicated set of them: you need to unscrew each collar, change the plates, screw them back on, etc... If your workout is based entirely on using dumbbells, then you'd be doing this between each set. If you need to do a circuit workout, then it becomes even more tedious since you need to do it quickly.You could avoid this problem simply by: buying another set of handles and collars, or just buying a different set of pressure collars that come off quickly.If you are building a home gym and can live with the trade-off of using adjustable dumbbells, then you don't need anything fancier than this. It just works.I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get the Plate Rack by the same manufacturer to save space and make your life easier. It's quality.
